Sex Therapy Treatment for individuals & couples
I work with individual men and women and with couples who experience problems in their sex lives. Part of the treatment is to discuss and identify areas of difficulties including medical issues and psychological problems.
In order to have a healthy sexuality, it is important to gain an awareness of what meaning we put on sex, as well as our sex education and other messages we may have learnt in childhood, adolescence and as an adult.
I aim to help and guide you with every step of your self-discovery.
I use Sensate Focus for individuals and couples in Psychosexual Therapy (PST). This is a programme designed to help you become intimate again and rediscover your body and each other's. Together we will identify the therapy goals. These are continually monitored and evaluated. There is a commitment to this therapy as you will need to carry out ‘homework’ and then discuss at the next session.
